Owner / Tattoo Artist

Creativity is about thinking outside the box, and the act of creating is to build something out of passion that didn’t previously exist. The medium is not what is important but rather the work and the impact it has. Regardless of that medium, Nick is an artist first. Tattooing is her passion and it shows in every piece she creates.

With a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa, and prior experience as a professional artist. Nick is well versed in artistic expression.

With a decade of experience as a tattoo artist, Nick works in black and grey as well as colour, all custom designs. She primarily works on larger pieces, Japanese sleeves and body panels, mandalas and ornamental tattoos. She enjoys working with clients to create custom pieces, or tattooing her many drawings and illustrations.

Mika Sawyer (@midnight_mika)

Artist

Mika's style is based around their alternative influences and love for the occult. Based in Cobourg, Mika is focused mainly on bold blackwork and vibrant pops of colour, their style is both adaptive and unique.

With over 5 years experience, Mika can work on anything that walks in the door. Proficient in traditional tattoos, black and grey, bold and fine line tattoos, they love tattooing their up for grabs custom pieces.

Kazl Berman-Cassidy (@spookii.tats)

Artist

Kazl is an artist based in the Cobourg area where she apprenticed under Nick.

Kazl has developed a strong portfolio in digital media and painting from her diploma of Visual and Digital Arts at Humber College and a life-long passion for art.

Kazl enjoys working in neo-traditional, bold lines, colour, black and grey, animals, and her custom drawings, and is excited to work on any walk in. Other interests include blackwork, pops of colour, nature themes, occult illustration, and fantasy.

Megan Keller (@embertatz)

Artist

Megan is an artist from the Durham area, now working in Cobourg where she apprenticed under Nick. Before her work at Nick's Studio she showed a love for art her whole life through sketching and oil pastels.

Megan loves an array of styles including ornamental influenced by art nouveau and art deco styles, traditional, and finer lines with a touch of cottage core. She loves to create flash inspired by some of her favourite anime, books, and video games. Adaptable, she can do any walk-in, in any style you throw at her.

Along with her love and passion for tattooing, she goes above and beyond for her clients. It's important to her that they have a clean and safe environment to relax into for the entirety of their appointment. Her favourite part of tattooing is connecting and laughing with her clients. She looks forward to meeting all that sit in her chair.

Estrella (@arcanetattooer)

Apprentice

Estrella has recently completed her apprenticeship under Nick and is continuing to grow her craft everyday.

Estrella enjoys all styles of tattooing, but is drawn to illustrative, neotraditional, and Japanese influences, she loves bold but fluid designs with movement and story.

Estrella's love for mythology, literature, anime and animation infers her favourite tattoo subjects of mythical creatures, strong women, and free flowing designs. She is especially interested in continuing to learn the flow of tattooing, and how the eye travels through a piece to compliment the body.

Estrella's goal us to create a welcoming space where her clients are empowered through the same sense of strength that art has brought her in her own life.

Piercer

Ash has been piercing for just over 3 years, and has a background in art. She is a proud mom to a busy 3-year old daughter, and enjoys music, art and horror in her free time.

Ash has a profound love for piercing and helping clients feel more like themselves. She is happy to pierce children ages 4 and up, so long as the process has been explained to them and they are choosing to do so on their own.

WE DO NOT USE PIERCING GUNS.
